ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

·      Assists in the monitoring and  implementation of designs and plans in  actual construction.

·      Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of the projects.

·      Coordinates with consultants needed.

Requirements:

Ø  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License , Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.

Ø  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Ø  Applicants must be willing to work in Surigao City.

Ø  Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Ø  Flexible, Organized, Team Player and Can work under pressure

Ø  Good moral character

CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Assist in handling some of our projects from its costing and estimate to the actual construction and implementation.

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil)

·         Male/Female; preferably a licensed Civil Engineer (but not a must)

·         With minimum of (5) years experience related to Civil Engineering

·         Must have experienced in developing and civil engineering design and other related works

·         Must have experienced in horizontal and vertical construction and must have knowledge in hauling operation.

·         Experienced in preparation of scope or work and technical specifications of any projects assigned.

·         Knowledge on how to prepare specification and  program of works

·         Willing to be assigned in Surigao City

·         Computer Literate (MS Office)

·         Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

MECHANICAL/CHEMICAL ENGINEER

• • Between 30 - 45 years old, Male/Female, Licensed Mechanical/Chemical Engineer, 

  
  
  
  

• With minimum of 3-5years experience in the construction work

• Proficient in computer operation

• Knowledgeable in estimates and tender documents for various types of mechanical /chemical works

• Knowledgeable in supervision of actual mechanical installation / works of industrial projects

·Willing to be assigned in Surigao City

·Must be computer literate ( Office)

                                                           SECRETARY

              Qualifications:

·          Female

·         Not more than 35 years old

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree,Accountancy, Office Administration or equivalent

·         At least one (1) year working experience in the related field

·         With pleasing personality

·         With proven administrative and project coordination skills

·         Well versed in Microsoft Office applications

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

·         Trustworthy and dependable

·         Willing to work in Surigao City

CLERK/ENCODER

Qualifications:

·         Graduate of any 4-year course/ at least college level

·         Male or Female,20 to 35 years old

·         With pleasing personality

·         Computer Literate

·          Trustworthy and dependable
