* to perform all proper and necessary duties for the attainment or the furtherance of any of the purposes above set forth; either alone or in association with other corporations or individuals and 
* in general to do every acts incident and appurtenant to the business of the corporation provided that the same be not in conflict with law under which the corporation is formed.
